Chapter 4733: Dojo

The Langya Sea Area is the largest sea area in the Northern Nether Immortal Realm. The Dongli Sect is a newly rising power, boasting over a dozen Grand Unity Golden Immortals and a heritage spanning more than ten million years.

Dongli Island serves as the Dongli Sect's main headquarters. The island features competing peaks, exotic flowers, rare herbs, and rugged rock formations.

In Dongli Garden, Wang Benwei and a slender woman in a golden dress were seated in a blue stone pavilion, enjoying tea and conversation.

"The Langya Sect and the Heavenly Shadow Gate are in a fierce conflict, with over a dozen Grand Unity Golden Immortals already dead or wounded. Both sides have sent envoys to invite our assistance, offering quite substantial terms," the woman in the golden dress said. Liu Yao, a Grand Unity Golden Immortal at the mid-stage, is Wang Benwei's Dao Companion.

Wang Benwei had perished in an ancient war, but his family resurrected him using the Heritage Tablet. He is currently a Grand Unity Golden Immortal at the late-stage and is responsible for managing the Dongli Sect. He is the Sect Master of the Dongli Sect, and Liu Yao is the Sect Mistress.

The Dongli Sect currently has no Grand Luo Golden Immortals. However, when the Dongli Sect faced a crisis threatening its existence, a Grand Luo Golden Immortal from the Wang family appeared and resolved it. Since then, all major powers have known that the Wang family, a Dao clan, stands behind the Dongli Sect, and no one dares to provoke them.

After Wang Changsheng and Wang Ruyan ascended to the Dao Ancestor realm, some of the Wang family's peripheral organizations became publicly known. This did not hinder the clan members from gathering cultivation resources, as no force was willing to oppose the Wang family, a Dao clan.

Two forces with Grand Luo Golden Immortals in the Langya Sea Area were fighting fiercely, suffering heavy casualties on both sides. Both sent envoys to invite the Dongli Sect for assistance.

"Terms! Hmph, we are not lacking in ordinary things. Let them fight as they please; we will not interfere. Our mission is to gather cultivation resources and intelligence, and to monitor the developments in the Northern Nether Immortal Realm," Wang Benwei said nonchalantly, a look of pride on his face. With the current foundation of the Wang family, are we short of ordinary things? We lack nothing at all.

"That's true. Our ancestors instructed us to search for fifth-grade immortal materials, mutated Primordial Spirit Treasures, fragments of Dao artifacts, or the Dao Ancestor's Dao field. After all these years, we haven't found a single clue," Liu Yao sighed, her face filled with worry. Wang Benwei nodded, saying, "Fifth-grade immortal materials, mutated Primordial Spirit Treasures, and fragments of Dao artifacts are very precious even across the entire Immortal Realm. As for a Dao Ancestor's Dao field, that goes without saying."

Liu Yao took out a small, golden shimmering mirror, cast an incantation into it, and her face filled with shock.

"The Grand Luo Golden Immortals of the Langya Sect and the Heavenly Shadow Gate were fighting fiercely in a remote sea area when they unexpectedly discovered a high-level cultivator's Dao field. The commotion from breaking the restrictions was too great, attracting many immortals," Liu Yao said. "This can't be false news, can it? I'll personally investigate. Wait for my news; if it's true, immediately activate the cross-Immortal Realm communication array to notify the family," Wang Benwei said with a frown. Over the years, the Wang family's peripheral organizations in various Immortal Realms had discovered many ancient cultivator caves. Some of these caves had strong restrictions, or their existence was merely hearsay. When peripheral organizations reported them, the Wang family's elite would use the Ruyi Gate to teleport there, but the gains were often minimal. After numerous such instances, the higher-ups became less trusting and instructed the peripheral organizations to investigate thoroughly before reporting.

"Alright, please be careful," Liu Yao replied. Wang Benwei summoned a Profound-grade immortal ship and departed.

Chaos Continent, Green Lotus Immortal Island.

At Green Lotus Peak, Wang Changsheng and Wang Qingcheng were seated in a blue stone pavilion, discussing something.

"Excellent, we've finally acquired another top-grade mutated Primordial Spirit Treasure," Wang Changsheng remarked with approval. Wang Yixin entered, her expression solemn: "Old Ancestor, Benwei reported that a high-level immortal's Dao field was discovered in the Langya Sea Area of the Northern Nether Immortal Realm. Many immortals have gone inside to seek treasures. Benwei personally investigated and was severely injured by the restrictions. It is at least a Grand Luo Golden Immortal's Dao field, and it might even be a Dao Ancestor's Dao field."

"Father, let me go personally! There's no need to trouble you with such a minor matter," Wang Qingcheng volunteered. Wang Changsheng nodded, about to speak, when Wang Yixin took out a constantly shimmering golden magic disk, cast an incantation into it, and her brows furrowed tightly.

"A Grand Luo Golden Immortal was killed by the restrictions. It seems this Dao field is of a very high caliber," Wang Yixin said. "Forget it, I'll go personally! It might truly be a Dao Ancestor's Dao field," Wang Changsheng said. He took a group of clan members and left Green Lotus Immortal Island, heading towards the Northern Nether Immortal Realm.

In the Northern Nether Immortal Realm, within a vast and boundless sea area, a colossal circular portal of light floated high in the sky, with numerous immortals arriving from all directions.

As the Ruyi Gate appeared, Wang Changsheng, Wang Qingcheng, Wang Xinghai, and over a dozen others stepped out from within it.

"It's Dao Ancestor Taihao!" someone exclaimed. Someone recognized Wang Changsheng. Portraits of Wang Changsheng and Wang Ruyan had spread throughout the Immortal Realm; everyone knew them.

The immortals present were astonished. Could this truly be a Dao Ancestor's Dao field? Even Dao Ancestor Taihao had been drawn here.

"Does anyone know whose Dao field this is?" Wang Changsheng asked, his voice reverberating for hundreds of millions of miles. "Replying to Senior Wang, we are currently not sure. The only certainty is that the restrictions are incredibly powerful; two Grand Luo Golden Immortals have already been killed by them. It is very likely a Dao Ancestor's Dao field," a tall, thin old man in a green robe replied.

"Who are you?" Wang Changsheng asked casually. "This junior is Qin Lin of the Green Wood Gate," the green-robed old man said cautiously. Wang Changsheng nodded, put away the Ruyi Gate, and the group flew into the circular portal of light. Passing through it, their vision blurred, and they appeared above a continuous range of emerald green mountains.

Wang Changsheng's divine sense expanded, and he looked towards the southwest, saying, "Southwest direction, follow me." He summoned a green-glowing flying boat, carrying Wang Qingcheng and over a dozen other clan members, and flew towards the southwest.

In less than three breaths, they arrived at their destination, appearing at a steep mountain peak. Many immortals had gathered here. A blue stone staircase led from the foot of the mountain to the summit. Halfway up the mountain, two charred corpses could be seen, with several dimly glowing top-grade immortal artifacts scattered on the ground. The area above the mountainside was covered by a layer of blue mist.

"Is this the core area? What happened to them?" Wang Qingcheng asked. Liu Yao flew over and reported: "The restrictions here are very powerful, imbued with lightning attributes, capable of killing Grand Luo Golden Immortals. Two Grand Luo Golden Immortals were struck dead by the restrictions; even top-grade defensive immortal artifacts couldn't block them, and peak immortal bodies couldn't withstand them either."

A blue halo of light, the law of karmic origin, emanated from Wang Changsheng's body. He strode towards the mountain. As soon as he appeared on the mountain, an incredibly thick crimson immortal lightning bolt ripped through the sky and struck the blue halo, which remained completely still.

Wang Changsheng continued his strides up the mountain, and more and more crimson immortal lightning bolts fell, their power steadily increasing. In less than a quarter of an hour, Wang Changsheng walked into the blue mist.

A tremendous roar erupted, accompanied by lightning flashes and thunder, and flashes of fire could be seen. Wang Changsheng was a Dao Ancestor and had cultivated a Dao Body. In less than a quarter of an hour, the roaring subsided.

Below the blue mist, Wang Changsheng appeared in a vast bluestone plaza. He looked at a blue palace not far away, on whose plaque "Ten Directions Hall" was written in large characters.

"Dao Ancestor Shifang!" Wang Changsheng speculated. The restrictions here were indeed very powerful; killing a peak immortal body was not an issue. It could be confirmed as a fifth-tier immortal formation.
