Chapter 1334: Heavenly Talent

The new grand era has fully commenced.

Life is gradually flourishing across the nine multiverses.

Within just a few years, the lush green vitality, which originated from the coastal areas, began to spread, continuously extending into the desolate and lifeless inner multiverses.

Birds, beasts, mountains, basins, and rivers.

Everything formed an incomparably magnificent world, thriving and prosperous.

Viewed from high above, the nine perfectly regular desert continents were already showing traces of green spreading from their edges, as if a colossal emerald planet was rapidly evolving.

“The vast cosmos, once fractured into nine, now resembles a single planet!”

A Saint exclaimed in admiration, stating that this was an unprecedented and unimaginable era of unparalleled prosperity.

“Saints are emerging in an endless stream these days, with several achieving enlightenment daily, shaking the heavens and earth… In this current era, Multiverse Saints are practically a common sight!” A young Saint, filled with vigor, added that in the old days, within the desolate, barren, and stagnant Chaos Heavens, there were barely any Saints, making enlightenment for someone like him an impossibility.

With a multitude of Saints achieving enlightenment, the Chaos Heavens were utterly revitalized.

Within the cosmos itself, due to a shortage of labor for developing and managing territories, many Saints descended directly to the lower realms, bringing back vast numbers of laborers to construct the land.

The First Cosmos.

Before a palace shrouded in ethereal celestial mist, at the Ascension Pool.

Whoosh.

One after another, Tenth-Tier Saints who had ascended from the lower realms began to arrive in this land.

“Is this… beyond the cosmos?”

“Where are we? We’ve only just broken through to the Tenth Tier…”

“Logically speaking, according to ancient historical findings, Tenth-Tier civilizations are supposed to perish as soon as they emerge. There should be a Tenth-Tier ‘dark hand’ seeking to slaughter newly ascended beings like us, so how can this be?”

Many Saints, after their ascension, found themselves outside the Chaos Heavens, observing everything around them.

It was utterly breathtaking.

They stood upon a vast flower, spanning an unknown number of light-years, and further in the distance lay a fragrant, vibrant valley filled with the songs of birds and flowers, along with rivers of unimaginable vastness slowly flowing.

“The very flower beneath our feet is a cosmos!”

“Even that distant wild grass is a cosmos!”

“Even ubiquitous flowers are cosmoses; what an unimaginably grand super-world this is!”

Having originated from a cosmos, weren’t they akin to bacteria living within these flowers and wild grasses?

This was simply beyond their dimension of existence.

Xu Fan, hidden among them, watched the scene, equally astonished, as he pulled his younger sister closer. “Is this truly beyond the cosmos? Is the space beyond the cosmos actually a world of singing birds and fragrant flowers?”

His sister, a beautiful and clever young woman, asked, “Brother, so our cosmos is merely the soil beneath our feet, and we’ve arrived on the surface?”

The continents of soil beneath their feet were cosmoses.

Ubiquitous flowers, grasses, insects, and fish were cosmoses.

Living beings and beasts were also cosmoses.

Beyond the cosmos, there were, in fact, endless cosmoses!!

It was exactly as he had suspected.

“Welcome to the Myriad Heavens and Worlds,” a voice said, interrupting the siblings’ whispered conversation. “This is the Immortal Cleansing Pool.”

“Are these the newly ascended Saints?”

An ancient, sacred ant stood atop the vast, enormous flower, looking down upon the young Saints who resembled fungi.

“You are quite remarkable. Having ascended to my Emperor Qi’s Sagacious Heavenly Court, know that we are one of the five great powers of the Boundless Heavens of the Primordial Immortal Realm… We control over 3,700 cosmoses. You may enter one of them and become a Saint.”

The surrounding Saints immediately became respectful.

This ant, remarkably, was also a cosmos. Could the one speaking be the Heavenly Dao Will of a cosmos?

The Heavenly Dao Will, what level of cultivation is that?

Could it be the ultimate culmination of a Tenth-Tier Saint’s Great Dao, the next realm: Eleventh-Tier?

Indeed.

If the Tenth-Tier signifies the end of a path, having reached the ultimate limit from the perspective of living beings, then does the Eleventh-Tier mean transforming into a cosmos, becoming the Dao itself?

Xu Fan and his sister exchanged glances, feeling both fear and excitement.

“What you call a Saint is merely a beginning… Everyone, having arrived beyond the cosmos, you must now commence cultivating a different transcendent system,” the ant Heavenly Dao stated. “You must understand that while you were once exceptional talents within your cosmos, beyond the Chaos Heavens, beings of your lowest tier are ubiquitous. You are mortals here and must start anew.”

The surrounding Saints quickly adjusted, nodding in haste.

“May I ask what kind of system we are to cultivate?” inquired a Saint.

“The knowledge system for evolving cosmoses.”

The ant Heavenly Dao explained, “This differs from your previous battle instincts and cultivation talents… Most of the Saints present have likely cultivated inherent bloodline techniques, simply following established paths, climbing steadily, and slaying enemies. But now, you must forge your own paths, evolving them yourselves…”

The surrounding Saints’ expressions subtly changed.

“Since you have ascended to the Myriad Heavens and Worlds, the purpose is to assess your aptitude for evolving cosmoses… However, aptitude is not so easily discerned,” the ant Heavenly Dao stated, its voice cold. “Henceforth, Saints who cultivated inherited bloodline techniques, stand on the left… Those who explored and developed their own cultivation systems from scratch to reach Sainthood, stand on the right… Do not attempt to cheat; as your greeter, I can naturally perceive.”

Immediately, the Saints’ expressions subtly shifted, and they quickly divided into two groups.

Most Saints had cultivated inherited bloodline techniques, with only a small number having pioneered their own techniques and explored their path from the beginning to reach this point.

“Only seven people have pioneered their own bloodline techniques, is that right…?”

The ant Heavenly Dao’s voice was cold, seeming somewhat displeased. “Based on current aptitude assessments, Saints who pioneered their own bloodline techniques generally possess decent aptitude for evolving cosmoses, as both involve pioneering bloodline-related development.”

Nevertheless, it quickly made arrangements.

“The remaining Saints are outer disciples. There are numerous flowers, trees, flying insects, and beasts here; you may choose to enter one of these cosmoses, cultivate anew to achieve enlightenment, and become a Saint within it. If your aptitude is extraordinary and you pass the trials, you will receive a personal summons from His Majesty.”

“As for you seven…” the ant’s voice held a hint of envy. “You should be grateful to His Majesty for his benevolence and high regard for the younger generation’s talents. His Majesty will bestow upon you a nascent cosmos, allowing the seven of you to study knowledge and collaborate in its evolution, to see whose talent is superior, and ultimately, one of you may become the Heavenly Dao Will of that cosmos!”

Become the Heavenly Dao Will of a cosmos?

They were instantly dumbfounded.

Even if they were fools, they understood how extraordinary this privilege was.

They were Saints of a cosmos, having achieved enlightenment through the Great Dao Chart… But now, to directly become a cosmos, wouldn’t that mean Saints would achieve enlightenment for *them*, and work for *them*?

“I understand your reluctance, and perhaps you believe your own aptitude is also exceptional, but this is destiny. You can only blame your misfortune. However, as long as your aptitude is sufficient, you will eventually rise even as outer disciples,” the ant Heavenly Dao said calmly.

Soon, they were assigned their respective duties.

These Saints quickly grasped the current structure of the Immortal Realm; it was, surprisingly, an era of great contention, with everything in ruins awaiting reconstruction, and even the system itself was far from complete, being very rudimentary.

“This is a new epoch, and we’ve arrived at the best of times,” Xu Fan said excitedly to his sister. Both of them were among the seven chosen, and they were directly led into a cosmos.

In reality, they were relatively older. Xu Fan was born into the Xu family on a planet, which seemed powerful, but after leaving the planet, their background wasn't particularly mysterious, as they lacked influential backing. He had to struggle and deduce his own cultivation techniques to fortuitously become a Saint.

His combat and cultivation aptitudes were also rather mediocre. He had expected to be quite ordinary upon arriving beyond the Chaos Heavens, never imagining such preferential treatment.

A talent for deduction.

“All the information is here. The seven of you will each evolve it, but only one can become the Heavenly Dao of this cosmos.” With that, the voice ceased, and it departed immediately.

The seven took a deep breath and began to study and research.

Time flew by, and soon, these individuals began their studies and research.

It was as if a new world had opened up for Xu Fan. Despite his exceedingly mediocre cultivation aptitude, he possessed a terrifying, unique talent in evolving cosmoses. Everything seemed effortlessly clear to him, as if he understood it instantly.

“I see it, I see it…”

Xu Fan felt as if he saw a glimmer of light, as a mysterious forbidden zone was slowly unveiling itself.

“Brother, nothing bad will happen, right…?” Xu Qingqing knew her brother’s nature; he would become utterly engrossed, almost possessed, by his deductions, particularly when researching bloodline techniques. Both her and her brother’s techniques had been derived through such deductions.

A truly worthless bloodline had become incredibly powerful in her brother’s hands.

The techniques compensated for the bloodline’s weaknesses.

“Nothing will happen,” Xu Fan’s gaze intensified. “I feel a strong sense of dissonance, a powerful incongruity. Perhaps the path I am currently forging is the most perfect one, the path of flawlessness… They were all wrong before, they suppressed the cosmos’s inherent nature!”

Xu Qingqing was deeply worried.

Her brother’s words were simply too audacious.

He was actually claiming that the methods of the Saints who established these heavens were all fundamentally flawed.

Those were powerful Saints.

Although their evolutionary methods had only recently emerged, their previous talents and knowledge should have been immensely formidable. How could they be mistaken?

However, her brother was already consumed by his obsession, making it difficult to stop him.

Soon, as the evolution and deduction progressed, this cosmic embryo gradually headed towards an unfathomable state, emanating a profound and mysterious aura, as if something unimaginable was being nurtured and awakening within it.
