Chapter 1059: Double Kings Separate

Chapter 1059: The Two Kings Part Ways

The Boundless Realm.

Amidst the ruins of the street, several figures were swiftly making their way.

"Why are there still Calamities around?" Jian Changsheng asked, watching from a distance as several Calamities fought with the Judgment Envoys. "Red Heart, they aren't looking for you too, are they?"

"Probably not. I have no dealings with the Calamities." Chen Ling shook his head.

"Judging by their appearance, they don't seem like pure Calamities... Most likely, they're from the Integration Faction," Sun Bumian mused.

"The Integration Faction?" Jian Changsheng pondered. "Speaking of which, we've encountered people from the Twilight Society, the Usurpers, and the Crimson Sky Cult, but we haven't really run into anyone from the Integration Faction... Is that organization still alive?"

"Yes, they are," Han Meng, who had been silent all this time, suddenly spoke. "About two years ago, traces of the Integration Faction appeared around the Aurora Realm. They seemed to be conducting some kind of experiment near the Forbidden Sea... However, they are extremely low-key, and their activities are mostly confined to the Gray Realm, so there's very little information about them in the Human Realm."

"I don't know anyone from the Integration Faction either, so they probably aren't after me..." Chen Ling added, his voice trailing off with an uncertain "right?"

"You've got enough influence as it is, Red Heart," Jian Changsheng began ticking off on his fingers, "The Red King issued an order, the four K's delivered messages, the entire Twilight Society was mobilized, and there's Officer Han Meng, plus the little girl who had the GPS path... Huh? Where is she??"

Only then did Jian Changsheng seem to remember something, looking around in bewilderment.

"Who?"

"That girl from the Mortal Realm... What was her name... Liu Qingyan?" Jian Changsheng scratched his head. "She was the one who led us to your location, but after we rescued you, she seems to have disappeared?"

A young girl in a black dress immediately flashed into Chen Ling's mind, and he felt a surge of surprise. She came too?

Liu Qingyan's Path seemed capable of locating him, so Chen Ling wasn't surprised she could find him... But if she came, why was she hiding? Liu Qingyan's rank wasn't high, and the Boundless Realm was so dangerous now; he hoped she wouldn't run into any trouble wandering around alone.

Just as Chen Ling was worrying, Sun Bumian's voice rang out beside him: "Red Heart, where are we going now?"

"To find people."

"Who?"

"Those whose memories were swapped."

Chen Ling lowered his gaze to the ethereal revolver in his hand and answered calmly. This was the Silver King's ability to switch his life with Fang Liangye's, and it was also the power used to control the four Judgment Envoys: Yesterday's Revolver.

When the revolver's cylinder began to spin, "Yesterday's Past" was randomly scrambled like bullets within the chamber. Only the one who pulled the trigger knew whose "yesterday" would replace whose "life" – this was the terrifying effect of the Borrowed Moon Path's Eighth-tier ability:

Life Exchange.

As the Borrowed Moon Path was monopolized by the Silver King, he was the only person in the world who wielded this ability. It was through this power that he tightly controlled the four human prodigies.

And now, the second person in the world to possess Yesterday's Revolver had appeared.

However, to use Yesterday's Revolver to restore the lives of the four Judgment Envoys, they first needed to find where their original "yesterdays" had been swapped to. In the current chaotic Boundless Realm, this was undoubtedly a difficult task.

"Are we going to the church dungeon? It should be destroyed, right?"

"The Usurpers likely took advantage of the chaos to move those four... Finding them won't be easy."

"Should we split up and search?"

"No, it's too dangerous to split up now..."

Just as Chen Ling and the other three were discussing in low voices, Han Meng, who had been silently walking ahead, suddenly seemed to sense something and reached out to stop Chen Ling and the others. His gaze was fixed on the street ahead, as if facing a formidable enemy.

Hazy smoke and dust drifted in the air, as three figures slowly approached them. One of them wore a discreet black outfit, carrying luggage, trailing behind; another led a petite young girl, with eyebrows sharp as swords and eyes deep as abysses... The moment they appeared, Chen Ling's brows furrowed tightly.

"Ying Fu...?"

Han Meng, Jian Changsheng, Sun Bumian, and Jiang Xiaohua all simultaneously entered a state of alert, their divine paths and spiritual energy poised for action.

"Why did we have to run into this unlucky fellow now?" Jian Changsheng muttered. "They have two Seventh-tier individuals; if a fight breaks out, we'll be at a disadvantage..."

Mo Lian himself was the Thief Saint, and after subduing him as a subordinate, Ying Fu had also reached the Seventh-tier... On Chen Ling's side, besides Han Meng being Seventh-tier, the ranks of the others were not high; combined, they wouldn't even be a match for one Thief Saint.

"What if there are two Seventh-tier individuals?" Han Meng replied calmly. "If they want to fight, I can take them on by myself."

Han Meng's tone carried a calm, absolute confidence... This made Jian Changsheng glance at him a few more times, feeling a mix of envy and helplessness.

"What, are you going to help the Silver King kill me?" Chen Ling asked, frowning at Ying Fu.

"If I intended to help the Silver King, you would have died days ago," Ying Fu said indifferently. "I came this time to give you a gift..."

"A gift?"

Chen Ling was momentarily stunned. He never imagined Ying Fu would give him a gift at this moment.

With a glance from Ying Fu, Mo Lian, who was behind him, raised a hand and beckoned. Four figures emerged one after another from behind them. Their bodies were extremely battered, and there were still marks from handcuffs on them, but their eyes, like stars in the dark night, were bright and clear.

Seeing the four, Chen Ling immediately seemed to realize something. "These are..."

"Your ability to swap memories back with Fang Liangye indicates that you have a method to counter the Silver King's power... And these four are key to retrieving the memories of the four Judgment Envoys."

Chen Ling's gaze swept over the four, and he asked, puzzled: "Why are you helping me?"

"I never owe favors."

With the four delivered, Ying Fu didn't wish to say more to Chen Ling. He took A-Qian's hand and turned to walk out of the Boundless Realm. "I give these four to you as repayment for helping me out of a predicament. From now on, you and I are completely even... The next time we meet, you and I will be mortal enemies."

A cold glint in Ying Fu's eyes swept over those beside Chen Ling. Although only Mo Lian was by his side now, he could still suppress Chen Ling here, or even find an opportunity to kill him, if he wished... But Ying Fu had no intention of doing so.

The struggle between the two kings was inevitable fate, but the time was certainly not now.

Ying Fu's back gradually faded into the distance at the end of the street. The three of them completely left the Boundless Realm and entered the Gray Realm. No one knew where they intended to go, but Chen Ling was well aware that Ying Fu's words, "The next time we meet, you and I will be mortal enemies," were far from a simple statement...

Chen Ling's gaze shifted from the distance, returning to the four figures in front of him.

"Now... things just got simpler."
